Business name: Fun Arabic Learning resources are self-published and distributed by the author Rihab Mohamed trading as FAL Library.

Delivery time: We aim to deliver within 5 working days in UK and Ireland, and 3 weeks for the rest of the world.

Goods delivered outside the UK may be liable for customs, duties and local taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. The consignee (person to whom the consignment is sent) will be responsible for all charges required after shipping. FAL Library has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance, and can’t refund them if books are returned.

Returns: We are happy to replace any books that are damaged in transit.  Please contact us within 10 working days of delivery at info@funarabiclearning.com, we will arrange shipping back and give you full refund.

 

Transactions: Your payment is processed by PayPal and we do not have your card details.

 

Personal details:  your personal details will be used to deliver orders and to update you about new products or offers. We will not share any of your personal details with any third party, except where we are legally required to do so.

Availability:  In the unlikely event that FAL Library has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be fully refunded or agree on a later date of delivery.

 

Cookies: we do not use cookies in this website.
